Shipping Locations

We ship to Canada and the United States.

United States Orders:  We ship to the US using Canada Post Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. All import duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives. Please note that US sales tax does not apply to orders shipped from Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances

Pick-up Orders

Orders are FREE to pick up by appointment at our East Vancouver location.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.  Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
